Still, I'm mildly positively surprised that much less than 70% are MotR rock from the 70s/80s. Seriously, who would have guessed that Foreigner are outside the top 20? |

There isn't much agreement between that list and the Future Rock Legends list that Taupin posted on the previous page. Blink-182 is the only one in the top 9 of both lists. |

You can bet that there won't be 25 nominees on the ballot. I think that ballot has just 4 artists that started their careers post-1977, and at this point in time, I want more than half to be post-1977. |

Technically, Eurythmics were announced as inductees for the 2020 Songwriters Hall of Fame, but because of Covid, the ceremony was pushed to 2022. The Songwriters Hall of Fame is now calling the 2020 inductees, 2022 inductees on their website.
