Judging by that top 4, 2002 was the worst year for metal.

Anyway, in this case the Immortal album could be included as much as it sucks. There was also Symphony X's Odyssey.

This was also the year where the metalcore thing really started getting big, so that Killswitch Engage album should probably be added.

I would have said the Immolation album looks too high, but nothing below it seems any more important.

All biases and whatnot aside, Terria is one of the most popular albums from that year, don't remember it being considered.

I didn't think Terria was that popular, which is why I didn't put it there.

Anyways, I fucked up because At War With Satan came out in 84 not 83. So we need something to replace it (and I don't think anyone wants that album on the 84 list), suggestions?

Satanic Rites is a demo.

I'd be cool with Another Perfect Day. Underrated as hell IMO. I feel more people will want Crystal Logic though.

RYM, Wikipedia and a few other sources all view Satanic Rites as a full-length album, its 46 minutes long after all.

Metal-archives says it's a demo, and I trust them a hair more than I do wikipedia.
