Sure. NC's choice of Caress Into Oblivion isn't bad either.

Okay I'm probably just fanboying with Eternal Summer...
But actually, I dont see what makes Dawn Of Meggido more deserving, much as I love it...

But if any song from ItP should be there, it should be Caress without question, imo. It managed to be 'different' while still maintaining the classic Frost heaviness.

Dawn of Megiddo is on because it's a great example on avant garde and metal done right (the trombone over that guitar bridge riff is brilliant).

So….

1. Circle of the Tyrants (To Mega Therion)
2. The Usurper (To Mega Therion)
3. Into the Crypts of Rays (Morbid Tales)
4. Necromantical Screams (To Mega Therion)
5. Procreation [Of the Wicked] (Morbid Tales)
6. Inner Sanctum (Into the Pandemonium)
7. Dawn of Megiddo (To Mega Therion)
8. Jewel Throne (To Mega Therion)
9. Visions of Mortality (Morbid Tales)
10. Caress Into Oblivion [Jade Serpent II] (Into The Pandemonium)

I still would like an answer for how Rex Irae originally got that #3 spot.

I like that. Especially Necromantical Screams being that high, it surely deserves it.

Maybe I'll finally shut up about Frost now...

Ugh....way too 80's-centered.

I think "Virgin Killer" is more than deserving of a spot.

Helloween

1. Halloween (Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part One)
2. Eagle Fly Free (Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part Two)
3. Keeper of the Seven Keys (Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part Two)
4. I Want Out (Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part Two)
5. Victim of Fate (Helloween)
6. Ride the Sky (Walls of Jericho)
7. Occasion Avenue (Keeper of the Seven Keys: The Legacy)
8. If I Could Fly (The Dark Ride)
9. March of Time (Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part Two)
10. Phantoms of Death (Walls of Jericho)

I dont think anything after Keeper II really made much of an impact, although Pink Bubbles is actually my favorite album of theirs.
That said, do you think "Twilight Of The Gods" could find a spot here?

I'd rather have it there than Occasion Avenue.

Actually I'm thinking I'm Alive should be there. It is the first time many Helloween fans heard Kiske.

Yeah I'd be cool with either one. I do dig "I'm Alive", and not that it matters for the list, but probably has the best Helloween solo too.

Just out of curiosity, have you heard Pink Bubbles Go Ape?

I really dont want to seem nit-picky, but shouldn't Keeper be #1? I mean, both it and Halloween are incredible epics, but Keeper II was by far the bigger album, and I'd venture to say that the title track is their biggest song, and most fascinating epic, musically.

I don't know enough about Helloween, but consider that this list was put together by many people originally, so don't keep changing on account of what fancies Neg each and every day.
