I've really only had like 15 minutes of exposure to her, so I don't really hate her but she seems annoying.

It's great to see you back. I'm not speaking from intitmate familiarity but only having heard her work with Lennon (on which perhaps I assumed too much contribution on her part). Mainly I'm just taking a dig at Lennon's post Beatles material though.

Sam Cooke is better lyricist than John Lennon.

John Lennon is not God among men. Just because she is good enough for him, it doesn't mean that she is good enough for Corrections and Tudwell.
And thanks for George Michael part!

Well, "hate" is pretty strong word, but what if they just really dislike the music she made and don't care about her personality? Why would John Lennon opinion matter in such case?
And even wise, accomplished guys sometimes choose not the best ladies (and visa versa)

I don't hate Yoko Ono as a person and in fact she deserves more credit for being John's muse in his later career (STFU Pave), keeping him together and helping him redeem himself for how he treated women in the past, I think she's very unfairly demonized by a lot of people and I think it's motivated largely by misogyny and racism and it's disgusting and inexcusable.

But no I don't care for her music and I think her brand of art is the most pretentious shit of all time. She influenced Bjork which is a plus, but she also influenced Joanna Newsom which is a minus so great it subtracts all points she gained from influencing Bjork and any other artists I like.

For the record I DO hate Joanna Newsom as a person because nobody can do what she does for a living without being pure unadulterated evil.

i will not STFU. being Lennon's muse is one of the worst insults you can throw at someone.

Are you trolling or you just really dislike Lennon as a person / musician? I am genuinely curious btw.
