PPK was surely picked by my High School Persian friends in the early 00's.

Not my favorite Faust track but they're so unique that any of their tracks is in a class of its own

Similar to what wanta said about PPK, it sounded like music that a foreign exchange student from Czechoslovakia that I was friends with in high school used to listen to. I didn't care for the Faust track much either.

Hidden Orchestra – Dust vs. Curren$y- Example

Dust was a pretty interesting track. I can't tell if it's instrumental hip hop or not because there's a decent amount of variety in instruments and the vocal sample, but at the same time it's more seamless than any instrumental hip hop song that I've heard. Curren$y was cool too.

Both rather lackluster, but Curren$y was shorter.
