Though, more than anything, I think Boyhood's definitely too high on the 2010s list.

One example
Initial Acclaim: Boyhood
Lasting Critical Acclaim: Mad Max: Fury Road close
Lasting Audience Acclaim: Mad Max: Fury Road
Initial Popularity: Mad Max: Fury Road fairly easily
Lasting Popularity: Mad Max: Fury Road fairly easly

Acclaim: Boyhood by a small amount
Popularity: Mad Max: Fury Road fairly easily
Influence: Neither has much

Boyhood vs Get Out
Initial Acclaim: Boyhood
Lasting Critical Acclaim: Close maybe Boyhood slightly
Lasting Audience Acclaim: Get Out
Initial Popularity: Get Out
Lasting Popularity: Get Out fairly easily

Acclaim: Boyhood slightly
Popularity: Get Out
Influence: Probably Get Out

And another breakdown between Boyhood and The Avengers (a movie I think's much too low on the 2010s list)
Initial Acclaim: Boyhood easily
Lasting Critical Acclaim: Boyhood easily
Lasting Audience Acclaim: The Avengers
Initial Popularity: The Avengers by a landslide
Lasting Popularity: The Avengers easily

Acclaim: Boyhood easily
Popularity: The Avengers easily
Influence: The Avengers fairly easily

I don't think anything in your post is necessarily wrong.

Are we thinking both Avengers + Avengers: Endgame should be in the top 10 of the 2010's list now? I'm wondering if Endgame makes sense to go first as it wins initial popularity (maybe lasting too) and audience acclaim.

Endgame's influence is pretty minor and it's popularity a consequence of being a finale of very hyped franchise so I don't think it needs a top ten boost. Think it's current spot is fine so it would have to wait a while before it has a shot on making this list.

Is Avengers 2012 really that influential? It influenced the DCEU (which makes a lot of sense as it was it's main competition, so you would think it would want to copy its' success), but other than that, is it that influential?

I don't think influencing one movie counts for that much. The Avengers' impact goes beyond just being the first Avengers movie. Immediately after a lot of other franchises tried to have shared universes such as DC, the Universal monsters reboot that failed miserably and the godzilla and kong movies. It also was very important (for better or worse) for superhero type movies being the most dominant genre at the box office.
