Some changes on existing lists I'd be open to:

Switching Seven with The Usual Suspects on the 1995 list, having Seven higher on the 1990s list overall.

Dubrow's breakdown has been pretty compeling, in my book.

Switching A Separation with The Tree of Life on the 2011 list, having A Separation higher on the 2010s list overall.

A Separation wins audience acclaim pretty easily albeit losing critical one, has more views on IMDb which is pretty impressive for an Iranian film. Maybe re-arrange the group into A Separation > La La Land > Tree of Life > Moonlight.

Part of me thinks Tree of Life is about 10 or so spots too high on the 2010's list with low popularity, low audience acclaim, and little to no influence.

Think all of these dudes made it to mine and paul's top 200 directors (Victor Fleming aside).

Agreed, though I'd say it should move down by more than 10 spots.

*denotes inconsistency with decade lists

-Making some inconsistencies with the 1990’s list. I’m wondering if “Raise the Red Lantern” is a bit too high. Unless I am mistaken, it really does not have a lot of influence (not a breakout for the director, nor for the country), and the only thing it excels in is lasting acclaim and maybe audience acclaim. LA Confidential easily wins popularity and slight win to audience acclaim, Boyz easily wins influence over it, Truman Show easily wins popularity and influence. So I’m wondering if RTRL can maybe be moved down 5-6 slots, possible right in front of Groundhog Day. Just a thought!

I think Raise the Red Lantern was a pretty significant breakthrough for Chinese cinema worldwide, I think it's good where it's at.

Even though it came out after Red Sorghum, Ju Dou, A City of Sadness, and Yellow Earth?

I'd say it got more recognition than those films.

I'd be comfortable with The Thing getting a boost on the 80s list. I disagree that Network needs to be moved down though.
