I caught the first two episodes the other night. Acting was top notch, for sure, and they've managed so far to make a story about housing far more compelling than most recent TV, I thought. Still a few story lines that I'm unsure how they tie in exactly, but off to a good start I'd say. |
like, those two black kids who just started dating. next thing they're moving in together and after that she's like six months pregnant
|

my mum and sister have just finished Six Feet Under. I didn't really watch it other then when it was on and I was also in the room so I saw a fair few episodes. It's a really great show and I should probably actually watch it properly one day. |

batman wrote: started watching the Wet Hot American Summer show on netflix. so far it is pretty funny but unable to recreate the magic of the original movie. much like all remakes I guess. it's funny how everyone knows and accepts that movie sequels will be bad, but when it comes to these netflix resurrections a la Arrested Development, everyone is 100% on board. Here's my hot take of the day: the show is better than the movie |

yeah though I'm two episodes behind, so this postponement of the finale doesn't mean much to me |
