I love it. What other shows do it, besides Ali G, Eric Andre, and Space Ghost?

Comedy Bang Bang and Between Two Ferns if you count online shows. That Eric Andre clip especially reminded me of the former.

Oh yeah, forgot about Between Two Ferns. Love that (and most things Galifinakis does). I'll have to check out Comedy Bang Bang.

The host on CBB is the writer from Between Two Ferns so it's very similar in style, though it comes closer to that Tim and Eric variety of surreal humor

So now I've seen all ten of these. I definitely haven't laughed this much and this painfully since I first saw Da Ali G Show like three years ago. It's like a combination of that, Space Ghost, and Tim & Eric. Can't wait for the next season.

The Reese Witherspoon interview is one of the funniest things I've ever seen on television.

"I'm workin on...these movies, I'm tryna...get peace in the hood, tryna...just make these babies, that's what the fuck I'm trying to do."

Well this:

Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series
Bobby Cannavale, “Boardwalk Empire”
Jonathan Banks, “Breaking Bad”
Aaron Paul, “Breaking Bad”
Jim Carter, “Downton Abbey”
Peter Dinklage, “Game of Thrones”
Mandy Patinkin, “Homeland”

Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series
Anna Gunn, “Breaking Bad”
Maggie Smith, “Downton Abbey”
Emilia Clarke, “Game of Thrones”
Christine Baranski, “The Good Wife”
Morena Baccarin, “Homeland”
Christina Hendricks, “Mad Men”

Is a total shitting the bed moment by the Emmys. Fuck up by not even giving Waldeu a nomination and fucked up by nominating Emilia Clarke (who is fine but not even close to the best choice among female actresses on the show for this season). Lena Heady, Michelle Fairley, Sophie Turner, Masie Williams (lesser screen time this year puts her lower than normal), Rose Leslie, and then Emilia Clarke. Glad to see the Reigns of Castamere get a nod for writing (it get's somewhat of a break in that Breaking Bad might split its vote) but I don't know if it will win.

You have to remember that even having someone other than Dinklage get a nomination is a step forward for them. After him, Clarke's probably the biggest face of the show, which matters more than the actual performance especially for a show with such a huge cast and diffuse narrative.

No, the shitting the bed moment is continuing to nominate Christine Baranski

Man, they completely ignored Hannibal. At least give a nom to the cinematography.

Honestly, how the big bang theory is considered even a remotely average show, let alone one that continually pushes out great comedies for a spot, as well as having the lead actor beat out some of the greatest comedy minds of this generation, is mind boggling to me.
