There is always January. We could buy a defender (hopefully one that fouls less). And Vermaelen will either be fit or fat by then. I am ever hopeful. But congrats on your draw. That must've given you a twinge of glee. Ruined my afternoon, mind. |

Funny games. Too bad to see the two teams that I like to watch the most fighting against each other. I would love to see Arsenal beating Messi, but I don't think they're able to, Barça is pretty untouchable right now. Leaving that aside... nice rematch between Inter and Bayern; Real Madrid vs Lyon, I've seen that game like 100 times; glad to see Roma getting an easy match. |

Woke up today and felt nauseous and vomited for the first time in at least 5 years; Arsenal drew Barca. COINCIDENCE?! I think not. |

Yeah to be serious for a minute, it's a real stinker of a draw. Don't have too much time for Arsenal or a lot of their fans but I've done my crowing. Sorry to the Arsenal fans I like - ie you & Karen on these boards. And you never know, let's get a little perspective, it's hardly a foregone conclusion, just that Barcelona are strong favourites. It's not Barcelona v Havant & Waterlooville or summat. |

Havant and Waterlooville aren't half bad, they caused Liverpool some serious problems! |
