Carrick > Ramires and Lampard. Rio is better than the other Chelsea CB's too (seriously, he was sublime last year). Rafael is a better RB than Ivanovic, although Ivanovic is probably a better defender overall.

Rafael is terrible. I totally disagree. Especially with his national team. He doesn't make good decisions passing the ball and he's very inconsistent in defending in general. His performance at the olympics was disgraceful. Funnily his worst games were both at Old Trafford.

Don't give a damn about his Brazil play. He was excellent last year for United.

Ramires and Lampard aren't play makers like Carrick, so they're not directly comparable. Rio was good last year, but not as good as Luiz. Azpilicueta/Ivanovich > Rafael.

I'd take Cech over De Gea. I also do think Ferdinand is better than Luiz and Rafael last term was better than the Chelsea RBs, but I'd take Luiz in my team.
