Every aspect of that goal is perfect, and it starts with that brilliant run from midfield to get into that position.

The ball doesn't even touch the ground in Palace's half.

Excellent result for Chelsea tonight. Torres has really been on fire the last couple of games he's played. I'm really looking forward to watching the game against Man City this weekend now, when I was kinda dreading it before.

My two favorite teams look very poor defending in the center. Barcelona seriously need to upgrade their D; while Monaco does as well, their bigger issue is staying consistent back there. They looked sharp in the first half and it all broke down in the second. For Barcelona today, it was the opposite. The whole second half of today's game was quite a bore. Nowhere near as exhilarating as the first half. Awesome play, as usual from the Brazilians on both sides.

Barcelona and Monaco? I know I shouldn't really judge to harshly, being a fairly recent Chelsea fan and all, but jesus man. Why don't you start supporting Bayern Munich and complete the set.

You know something is wrong when Robinho and Kaka make your defense look bad.

Kaka genuinely looked pretty good though, but you're right. I'm really really dreading the clasico now. We'll be torn to shreds.
