Yeah, I was just with the plebs on day 2 so will be nice to get some god damn respect (and shade - Lucky it's pink day because I'm looking like a beetroot). Only problem is I'll be by myself until about tea. If I don't hear from rv I'll have to do a quick search of the bar using your photo with georgi and him for reference.

Day 2 wasn't a bad day. It really just plodded along and was probably awful for her neutral. Hopefully today has a few more surprises and the pitch offers something. Shame I'm not getting to see Johnson bowl but at least Harris is there. Expecting a few masterful wickets from him.

Just look for the guy with the chest hair emitting enough static electricity to power a small country.

Too easy bro. I'm sitting up in the pavilion just had a wander and a beer downstairs during lunch but too much pink it seems. Pretty uneventful day so far.

damn brother, missed you. not wrong about the pink though, must have been 80% + of the crowd sporting a pink shirt, ridiculous. slow day but good to see kohli keep scoring runs. ended up just downing a payload of schooners with the boys. back out on saturday if you're about.

If Australia don't win this test, it's because they took a new ball during the time it was reverse swinging like crazy. Lyon and Hazelwood would have finished the job. Could prove to be a terrible decision from Smith.

yeah I thought it was a bit weird taking the new ball then, especially after a couple of cracking lbw balls that got the wrong decision

I went up to the nets yesterday with one of my mates. Another bloke started bowling in the net next to us and after a while he asked if he could have a bowl to us. We had a pretty long session and then afterwards we got to chatting with this other guy, talking all things cricket from the recent series to grade cricket. He plays 5th grade and I was asking if any of the test players played for his club and he rattled off a few names and then also mentioned that his little brother plays for them. Turns out it was Usman Khawaja's older brother.

Cool! What's happened to Usman? He seems to have faded.

He was starting to hit some pretty impressive form, especially in the domestic one day cup, but unfortunately for him he tore his ACL in training and will be out for 9 months.

I really shouldn't laugh, but theoretically David Warner doesn't speak Hindi.
