We know Brady likes Trump, but in a tooly way, not super political. I never saw this game as a politics stand-in. My reasons were way more petty. |

well you're absolutely right, Bumgarner will always be the greater pitcher than Kershaw. also yeah we may all be upset the Patriots won, but look on the bright side, Roger Goodell is more upset than any of us |

They ran it out instead of taking a touchback three times for pretty big yardage deficits. You'd think the coach would tell him to take a knee at some point in there. Not going to argue that the defense got gassed, because they obviously did. Maybe the coach shouldn't have stuck to a nearly exclusive man scheme, and made some adjustments? It was definitely some offensive coaching/play that cost them the game. It was also definitely some ST coaching/play and defensive coaching/play that coast them the game. People focusing so much on Shanahan's mistakes is silly; the whole team fucked up the second half. |

I'm not referring to the Pats connections or anything. This is very personal to my personal dislike of the Pats (which relates to the fans more than the team though I've never really liked Brady's shtick). The first half felt like all of the pre-election polling and prognostication. The second half was election night and had those notes. The whole time leading up to it I kept telling people I thought Atlanta would win but that was influenced by my desire as to who I wanted to win (same with the election). And then bam |

T-Mac wrote: Yeah, not to beat the dead horse, but 25 unanswered points. You have to have massive failure on both sides for that to happen. The number of opportunities they took not to run the ball is really quite incredible. Also too much snapping too early in the play clock. Bye AJ Bouye, thanks for the great year I'm not overly worried about losing Bouye I guess because most of his breakout occurred while Kevin Johnson was on IR, so the Texans should still have a very strong secondary. Just sucks to see a player blossom and then immediately leave, reminds me of the Connor Barwin situation. I mean I like Bouye a lot but I don't think I'd go over $12m AAV for him and that's supposedly the floor for the offers he's received |

Thank you Tony Romo for all the good years. Sad to see him go but it had to be done. Hope he heads to the AFC (preferably Denver and not Houston) |
