Jason Campbell or Foles? Someone grabbed Ryan Tannehill. Temporarily dropped Vick because of his injury (can't have 2 injured QBs taking up my roster spots during bye weeks). Free agency has Carson Palmer, Christian Ponder or Case Keenum... So not much in the way of QBs.

Ooof. I don't know if I've seen a sadder set of options. Also isn't Arizona on a bye week anyway? No on Ponder or Keenum (both are garbage or backups agaisnt strong defenses). I guess Foles by default (Raiders defense isn't great so maybe he should be able to put something up). You really just need to resign yourself to single digit points though

Probably going Foles. But then I run the risk of having 3 straight weeks of having a QB get injured mid-game (If Foles gets concussed again). I won last week by 40 points despite getting no points out of Vick, which is just a testament to how good my team could be with a healthy QB.

Zac Stacy is manhandling Tennessee's defense. I love this kid.

Turned out Eric J's trade (Marshall/Murray for my Morris) and turning out pretty well for me. Morris is having a nice day. Also, dropped Blackmon after last week and he's out the rest of the season (got lucky), also benched Sproles this week on a coin toss (got lucky there too).

Looks like my Zac Stacy possession in both leagues has turned out well.

How does Demarco Murray get a 27 yard run halfway through the first quarter, and then is only given 3 more runs the rest of the game?

I think he was a bit banged up. Good question on the gameplan though. Couldn't quite figure it out for the second week in a row.

Thank you for the 95 points Nick Foles. Had the Eagles continued to throw after the halfway mark of the 3rd quarter, no telling how many points he'd have put up. Probably would've broken a fantasy record lol.

With Jordy Nelson still left to play, I've put up the most points in a single week of any team this season in my league.

ugly choice here i know but pryor or foles? in this situation because of cutler going down

Pryor. Got real running upside and I wouldn't trust Foles to do anything.

As for CJ he isn't enough return for Marshall. I just think you've got to ride it out with him. People will hoard good RBs and force an overpay if you want RBs.

How did you get 95 points? Do you have 6 points for QB TDs (i.e. the dumb way to play fantasy)?

Yeah truly happy I didn't end up going against the Foles owner in my one league this week. Had a fantastic 112.3 week this week (with Brandon Marshall still to go) but wouldn't fancy the potential of still losing to a 127 week based mainly on Foles.

Cruising right now with 131 points with Boykins still to play. Who needs Megatron and Cruz. Actually woke up to a little scare this morning when I saw my opponent who I was crushing was all of a sudden only 4 points behind me (due to Hilton's huge 2nd half). Luckily, he's got no more players left.

What a wild week. 5 players with 30+ points in standard scoring, and 2 more who were right on the edge (Stacy with 29.8 and Chris Johnson with 29). Ten of the top 25 highest scoring players were unowned in my main league (and 21 of the top 50).

I don't have a fucking clue how our complicated points system works. It's definitely not 6 points per touchdown. Pretty sure that's the standard scoring way. I prefer our overly complex PPR system to how our league used to have it though.

Standard scoring is 4 points per passing touchdown. Those numbers though have not context. I can't tell how any player would perform in your league. I actually hate PPR for this reason. If you're going to have points for something that's pretty meaningless why not points per carry, points per pass completion, points per first down.

Points per first down would actually be kinda cool. And more meaningful than PPR for sure.

Absolutely. I've often said I'd rather have that than PPR. And man after lamenting your situation at the beginning of this week must have been nice to have Stacy start and then go out and tear it up. I had him on both teams. In one league I've won 112 to 88 and still have Brandon Marshall going (I'm really glad I didn't go against the Foles owner as I would still need 17 points from Marshall tonight to beat him and the rest of his team sucked dick this week). The other league I've got a 122.54 to 43.8 lead with no one left to play and need to survive Aaron Rodgers and Jordy Nelson going for 80 points together. That's not out of the realm of possibility that I lose but pretty certain. Moreover I'm now super stoked about both of my teams. In the first league I finally have the solution to my Richardson-Spiller play like shit dilemna. I just start Gore and Stacy as my RB1 and RB2 and then play matchup with those two plus Woodhead and spare receivers. In my second league I'm in an even better spot because I can trot out Peterson and Gore as my two RBs and Stacy as my W/R most weeks. The former league will require some tough sledding still because I'm still not in the clear. The Peyton Manning owner should fall to 7-2 leaving me and one other 6-3 guy with three 5-4 teams not far behind. The second league assuming no miracle I will be at 8-1 and at least 3 games clear of the rest of my opponents with tie breakers over every conceivable playoff challenger (at the moment).
