Nice. Yeah I'm actually feeling great about this team I've got now. This'll be my 4th win in a row, and although the 1 + 2 teams will stay there for now, they're trending down and I'm still on the upswing. After serious RB concerns the first few weeks, I'm now in a good spot, with Spiller looking a bit better, Ellington and Stacy looking good and getting a lot of work, and Lamar Miller being adequate. I'm a bit concerned rolling with the KC defense after their bye, seeing as they've got DEN-SD-DEN the following 3 weeks. Then Indy in Week 16, if I make it that far. |

Had the Eagles continued to throw after the halfway mark of the 3rd quarter, no telling how many points he'd have put up. Probably would've broken a fantasy record lol. With Jordy Nelson still left to play, I've put up the most points in a single week of any team this season in my league. How did you get 95 points? Do you have 6 points for QB TDs (i.e. the dumb way to play fantasy)? I don't have a fucking clue how our complicated points system works. It's definitely not 6 points per touchdown. Pretty sure that's the standard scoring way. I prefer our overly complex PPR system to how our league used to have it though. Standard scoring is 4 points per passing touchdown. Those numbers though have not context. I can't tell how any player would perform in your league. I actually hate PPR for this reason. If you're going to have points for something that's pretty meaningless why not points per carry, points per pass completion, points per first down. Our league also has points per pass completion and points per carry. We don't have points per first down though. Also I checked and was wrong, it is 6 per touchdown in our league. Just a few unusual QB stats we have are -1 points per sack (I hate this stat), -6 points if a Pick Six is thrown (a devastating stat for sure). We also award points for 40+ yard completions/catches, 40+ yard rushes, or 40+ yard TDs (whether it be receiving, rushing or passing). That's part of the reason Foles accumulated so many points for me. He had 4 passes that were 40+ yards, and 2 of those were 40+ yard TD passes. We also have fractional points for yardage, which is better than the standard leagues which I don't believe have those. |

League I'm in has bonuses for long completions and rushes too. It doesn't have PPC or PPR of any type. It also is 4 points per passing TD. No negative for sacks or pick sixes (actually I think the latter is pretty dumb). But even with the point bonuses for big plays our guy only had 49.6 with Foles. Sounds like your league might put too much benefit on the QB. |

I need Marshall, Lacy, and Gould to combine for 35 points tonight. |

Which is why in the league I have them I'm considering totally dropping them on the bye (not wasting a bench spot) and then picking up another defense (probably running a stream for the rest of the year). |

Yeah I was looking at your game trying to identify who will most likely be 2 games behind me and in the catbirds seat for our other playoff spot and it's going to be a close run thing. You need the Bears offense to put up points (ironically not too many). I very much hope Lacy vultures a lot of TDs. I'd say realistically you need at least 3 FG from Gould (or whatever gets you to 9 points), and then Lacy or Marshall to have a big game (and the other not to get injured or fucked). I think 15 and 12 from each of them isn't really outside the realm of possibility (same thing with Gould). I'd give you about a 40% chance of winning tonight. |

Eric J wrote: ^Or they both have big games and I'm fine after 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter. Boo ya. So I go to 8-1, you move into second at 6-3, Stamos, Great Team Btw, and Hakeem are in a clusterfuck for 3rd at 5-4, and poor Joe somehow drops to 4-5 despite having Peyton Manning and still the overall league lead for points. Leaving aside the two bottom feeders from our league (both of whom were eliminated from the playoffs this week) Joe now can only end up in second (in any first place circumstance he loses out to me on tiebreakers since they are set as head to head and I beat him). As for the rest it will be interesting. 4 weeks left in the regular season. Next week only Stamos and I draw playoff contenders in matchups (with Stamos drawing Joe C as Hakeem's points scored is rather woeful). To have any chance of catching me in first you're going to have to beat me in week 11 (otherwise you'd lose the tiebreaker). Fortunately for you I will be missing Stacy that week as well as Terence Williams and several of my players will have tough matchups. If I beat you and win one other game I clinch first. |

Your process was right. You just got bad results. |

Cause of their upcoming schedule. I actually think I might keep going with them vs. Denver. Denver will score, but the O-line is weak lately and Manning has taken a beating the last few weeks (which has translated into more turnovers). |

After the bye week mess I just had I do, yeah. Have 2 empty bench spots now, one of which I'll use for a defense. |

Jeffery (vs. Det) or Wallace (vs. TB) for my flex spot? If I didn't have Marshall I'd go with Jeffery no brainer, but I don't usually like starting guys on the same team in the same position. |
