Dishonored reminded me of nothing more than BioShock. Dishonored is much less clunky, though. Really glad that Dishonored is proving that new IPs are still viable late in console cycles. I've never agreed with that statement.

IPs? What's that stand for?

Huh. Can anyone think of any other new IPs that were successful late in a console cycle?

Loved Bioshock: Infinite. Beautiful game and good storyline.

Honestly, Xenoblade Chronicles is a new IP in everything except the name, which was tacked on by Monolith as a tribute to Tetsuya Takahashi, who had recently died.

As for success, it didn't approach CoD but it apparently sold twice as many copies in the US than it ever did in Japan. Which is pretty damn impressive for a 100+ hour RPG.

How is it? It came bundled with my PS3, but I haven't touched it yet.

My feelings about Uncharted 3 as a game are mixed, but the characterization is masterful, as always. It really should have been pushed back. Uncharted 2 was much better imo.

So far Uncharted 2 seems like the better game. The pacing is kind of bothering me right now. That being said, it's still Uncharted and it's great fun. I would play it for sure, Clash.

Did the last part of the game overwhelm you as it did for me? I had to watch YouTube explanations so I could understand it all.

Speaking of Uncharted, Naughty Dog has this new survival/horror game The Last of Us coming out I think in the next couple days and its getting excellent reviews.

Or metacritic, which has over 60 reviews and its still averaging a 96.

I've never played Bioshock and it looks like it's exactly the kind of thing I love so I'll be going through all 3 soon.
