Or if you really wanna help a brotha out you can concurrently do 80's films since I'm running 80's treefingers for music. Just get all up in the 80's for this last half of the year.

Oh man I'm mad into '80s movies atm. Admittedly, most of these are trash, horror or gore films, but there are so many great ones...

don't do silent films, only like 3 people would do one.

I'd do another one of these or like 00's or something

I agree with you. I'm hoping that it encourages myself and others to watch more silent shit.

well i've only seen Psycho and everytime i think of it, it gets more and more ridiculous. at this point, my memory has warped it in to some awful cheesy B movie. don't know that it really was that ridiculous. but i don't really want to watch it again either.

Supposedly, Alfred Hitchcock's intention was black comedy.

i refer your complaints to agatha christie.
as for "police academy" - and "beverly hills cop", for that matter - i grew up on these movies and have always thought and still do that the originals are top notch stuff (which can't be said for the sequels of either, and which i feel have unfairly ruined the reputation of the originals).

btw just realized i left out "the mission"... and actually probably a lot of other movies that i hadn't rated on rym...

It was on my first draft. Didn't make it cuz I wanted to include some fucked up lesser known cult movies in here.
