Sorry for my lack of presence on the boards; I've been in Europe for the past 16 days.

I don't know. I didn't make the original list.

Awesome. I went to France, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, and Switzerland to play concert band music.

But anyway Moon, all I've really listened to is Script for a Jester's Tear, but I haven't really listened to anything with Steve Hogarth.

I LOVE Marillion. I'd recommend Clutching at Straws, Misplaced Childhood, Season's End, and This Strange Engine.
Speaking of which, you should listen to that song. Fantastic keys on it.

Oh yeah, I noticed Heart of the Sunrise is somehow at number 106, it should easily be top 40, maybe even top 30. Don't know who put it down there.

I just don't see why it's impressive. There really isn't much other than chords and notes at the beginning.

It has the piano parts towards the end. I think top 40 is a bit hyperbolic, but I could see it within the top 100.

Duh, South Side is brilliant. However, 30/40 was a huge, huge stretch, but 80's 70's doesn't seem unreasonable to me. It's not anything special compared to other works of his, but it's better than some later top 100 pieces we have, and somewhat more complex too
