There have been much worse posters than him, but Turd was probably the most prolific bad poster DDD has ever had.

Holy shit, I think this guy actually was Turd.

Yes, he honestly said that. I never really argued much with him but the argument he had with me about May was(I believe) the last posting session he had before he was banned.

He also said that John Bonham was a better songwriter than all of The Who combined.

It means the guy was either on crack or horribly uneducated.

Come on now, let's not put words in Stryder's mouth. He actually claimed that John Bonham was a better songwriter than the members of the Who other than Pete combined. It's a dumb claim, sure, but Stryder surely has enough of those to go around without us having to make up lies about what he said.

It's one of those things that doesn't make sense on the face of it or in the abstract. Bonham was not a songwriter...I could only see that as hyperbole for really stating he doesn't think the other members of the Who are good songwriters, but I know he likes the Who so that obviously wasn't it.lol I don't think he's uneducated, I think he knows better, he's just one of the world's biggest fanboys.

I just wanna quickly note that when a person gets banned, it's often because that person derailed discussions and made it difficult for the rest of us to discuss things that actually matter, in this case being the list.

What was the agreement regarding Mustaine´s position?

I though most people agree that he could be a lot closer to other Heavy Metal guitar titans as Metallica or Iron Maiden.

Mustaine is probably the lord of the thrash riff, but how high do you think he scores by the criteria?

Mustaine should be number 1 on the list. :P

EDIT:
But in all honesty. He scores fairly high in everything accept versatility when you think about it. As a rhythm player/songwriter he's original and creative.

He should be higher than either of the Metallica guys(not by much though). He does more than either of them for their respective roles in either band and he's about the same in influence. I don't see how anyone could spin it in James' favor when Mustaine beats him in almost every criteria.

What the fuck does that even mean, "Most consistent guitarist of all time." Speaking even hypothetically, I don't even know who would be the most consistent player but I guess Tony would be up there. That isn't really an outrageous claim so much as just something put stupidly.
