8 team league? Has to be a small league. Team looks good though.

Joe, I'd be down, as long as I'm not commish. Has to be a yahoo league though, because I don't feel like signing up for other things. Yahoo supposedly sucks the most though.

Btw the comments are the best too. So many people missed the point so blatantly.

My team in Joe's league:

QB - Drew Brees
RB - Demarco Murray
RB - Doug Martin
WR - Brandon Marshall
WR - Victor Cruz
W/R - Mike Wallace
TE - Greg Olson
K - Robbie Gould
DEF - Patriots

Bench -
Michael Vick
Montee Ball
Mark Ingram
TY Hilton
Kendall Wright
Antonio Gates

I didn't do any prep this year so we'll see how this goes. I'm pretty happy except for maybe the flex position/ not having a solid 3rd RB.

Edit: And Crx you bastard, every time (literally every time) I had my eyes set on somebody when the picks were in the original order, you got the guy I wanted the pick ahead of me. Literally every time (excepting maybe the first 3 rounds).

To be fair you gave me my one even minor setback by nicking Brandon Marshall right in front of me (so I ended up with the AJ Green consolation prize instead. Man it sucks to be me)

I'm not a big fan of Yahoo's interface or its defaults.

I liked Yahoo's drafting interface better, but like ESPN for everything else. Crx, I think you are better off with Green anyway ;) Was Dez already gone?

Excited for the game tonight! Go Denver. I've also got Peyton in my 2-QB league so I'm pumped to watch him.

Dez was gone. Anyhow I'm not nearly as high on Dez as some other people seem to be (mainly from me not wanting to get my hopes up).

In any case its prediction time!

NFC
NFC East
1. Redskins
2. Giants
3. Cowboys
4. Eagles

The Redskins I'll take by a hair over the Giants but its really a tossup. If everything breaks right for the Cowboys they can win this division but I'm kind of expecting another spectacular 8-8 affair where they bow out in the last week and are maddening. Tony Romo will get blamed again even though the offense will be great and it will be the defense taken down by poor scheme and injuries (there hows that for a reverse jinx). The Eagles should be interesting offensively but their defense is ghastly.

NFC North
1. Packers
2. Bears (wc 2)
3. Lions
4. Vikings

Packers are pretty easy pick here. They're still the best team in the division even if they do have some brittle players. I like the Bears mainly because I think their new headcoach can actually coach an offense and they've got the pieces to improve on that end. This should compensate for their defense coming back to the pack a bit. The Lions will improve but still be crippled by Lions things. And the Vikings will fall back because they got really lucky in close games last year and their secondary is ghastly, their front seven old, and Adrian Peterson is not superman (right?)

NFC South
1. Carolina
2. Atlanta
3. New Orleans
4. Tampa Bay

OK count me in on the Carolina bandwagon. A talented young defense and an offense that should be improved this year. Atlanta should come back to the pack. They've got some major defensive issues, have a top 5 schedule as opposed to a bottom 5 schedule and won't be as fortunate in close games. I really wanted to pick NO to win this but I think their defense will be truly dreadful. And Tampa should have a good defense but I'm not sold on their offense.

NFC West
1. Seattle
2. San Fran (wc 1)
3. St. Louis
4. Arizona

For my money the two best teams in the NFC and they get the misfortune of playing in the same division (how quickly things turn around btw can't laugh at this division anymore). Seattle and San Fran are very close in talent but I like Seattle's schedule a bit better (San Fran draws the harder first place schedule), their QB a bit better, and their surrounding offensive pieces a bit better. Should be an exciting time though. I fully expect both of these teams to win their first playoff game (well unless Seattle gets a bye and gets stuck playing San Fran then one has to lose). As for the rest does it matter?

AFC
AFC East
1. New England (what you were expecting someone else?)
2. Miami
3. Buffalo
4. Jets

New England should cruise to a division win despite diminished talent on offense. They may even get a bye.

AFC North
1. Cincy
2. Steelers (wc 1)
3. Baltimore
4. Cleveland

I like Cincy to edge out a somewhat revitalized Steeler team. Baltimore I see taking a step back. Cleveland is Cleveland.

AFC South
1. Houston
2. Indy
3. Titans
4. Jacksonville

Houston wins this division in a walk. Everyone else is below .500.

AFC West
1. Denver
2. KC (wc2)
3. San Diego
4. Oakland

Denver despite suspensions and injuries still takes this division (may cost them a bye though). KC is my crazy wild card pick for the year. The other two teams are garbage.

alex smith blows. no way they get a wild card with steelers, texans, cincy, baltimore, and indy fighting for those spots and division.
