Victor, I'm gonna go ahead and say you are the most underrated singer here! I knew you rocked on metal songs and I'd kill for that voice, but now you suprised me with how good you sounded here, brilliant soft falsetto man! To me, you were better than Smokey!

in terms of pure vocal chops and my preference , i think victors tied 3rd with SG after Rob and JRB ... hes a great singer indeed, i believe he fronts a band back in his hometown....rightfully so...

Victor probably has the sickest tone though. The gruffness he puts on is awesome and his cover of Rusty Cage was great. I listened to it when he posted it but I don't think I commented on it.

They are all great... I love all those voices you mentioned... JRB is another league though... Jester is the most talented all around musician.

You're not, Rob is awesome, his tone rocks...

JRB's How Come You Don't Call Me Anymore is the best vocal from here IMO...

you're right actually, its insane.....

Robs lower register is 1 of the best i've heard though....

and JRB'ss falsetto.....

oh and by the way, im done with rocket queen finally....was too confused about myles and axl versions, so i mixed and matched and made it my rendition.....i have NEVER pushed my head voice so much cause i really wanted to nail this....

Nice to see that the Resumes thread is getting some early action on this new forum!

Wanted, Question was great, you have the ability to add that rough edge that is necessary to cover that song. The falsetto at the end was lacking in a bit though in power, maybe it was just lost in the quality of the recording, happens to most. Try to project as much as possible when wailing in falsetto, at least thats the way i think of it when i try.

I'll have 2 or 3 recordings soon, one from the new Kamelot album and maybe a GNR cover (This I Love or Patience) though I really don't have the tone for it probably.

Did you like the new Kamelot album SG? It was one of the best albums this year for me... So Long is probably the best vocal there...

Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate it! :tiphat:

I would like to cover something new but my voice is totally shot because I have a bad cold.
I do have 2 songs I recorded but haven't posted yet, White Room and Twist and Shout and so far nobody listened to that It's Late I posted...
