Oh yeah that's certainly true of Beattie and Johnson. I was hounded by a drunken Beattie - on his birthday - a few years back because he claimed I looked like Luka Modric. Did make me chuckle.

I think Kane might end up better than Defoe, yeah. Probably a little more rounded of a player. Someone said he's a string of 7 and 8's for all his attributes and I think that's just about right. There's nothing you could say he does amazingly, but he does a lot of things well.
