Greatest Hard Bop Jazz Musicians
Criteria: Hard-Bop is a style of jazz made by The Original Jazz Messengers, led by Art Blakey. It wasa mixture of Jazz-Gospel and Be-Bop. It is always put into small groups, and usually has 4-6 people. Some hard bop albums include "The Sidewinder", "Moanin", and "Blue Train".
Some popular musicians like Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, and Louis Armstrong, are not included on here because they weren't hard bop. Hard-Bop is considered the most exciting time period of jazz. (Plus: The Best Album To Showcase Their Talent)
