Good question. It has crossed my mind that it might be OK to make revisions to the list until Sampson updates it. If he does update it, we would have to leave it alone, but until then, revising it wouldn't prevent him from doing whatever he wants ...

XXXTentacion seems to have retained a fair amount of popularity n the years since his death and his early mixtapes were fairly important for the Soundcloud rappers who came after so I'd say he warrants a list.
