Even by the editor's criteria, "Another One Bites the Dust" at #1 seems a hard sell. Original and complex it ain't--and whatever influence it has is pretty clearly subordinate to Chic's "Good Times."

I think I could see David Lee Roth a bit higher. Among the hard rock crowd--especially from the late '70s through the '80s--Roth was often seen as the archetypal ultimate frontman. Seeing him below Bono and Steven Tyler, for instance, feels a little off to me. He's beloved for combining athleticism ...

Odd list (Terrible #1 choice imo) - it's weird to me how it is a combination of Studio recordings, recorded live solos, and televised solos (like Prince's "While My Guitar Gently Weeps). Good choices overall though.

Yeah, AI definitely has its uses for this. We're probably still several years out from being able to just give it one prompt (with criteria included) and get back a fully finished, defensible list. But for now, it's still great for informed feedback like this.
