Yep, I considered it. I'd put it slightly under my current Beatles list, but it's notable.

Interesting call on Enya. Honestly, I could see it, considering how popular she is globally, and for her notable influence in helping popularize New Age music.

Top picks for The Rolling Stones:

Also, I'm thinking Toto > REO.

REO probably has an edge in influence, since they were more directly responsible for popularizing the sound of arena rock and AOR earlier on. REO were hugely successful in their heyday, but going by streaming stats at least, Toto seems to pretty much kick their ass in ...

Yeah, those two acts are very close, IMO, though Journey just feels right at #1. And good points, Fido. I think the reverence for several of Journey's members--especially Steve Perry, "The Voice," who's essentially in the pantheon of top-tier vocal gods--makes up for any gap in critical acclaim.

Yeesh, yeah, country sucks now.

These are important riffs from the earliest years of rock. Certainly, many of these will be included in the revision, with at least the upper half being strong contenders. Those highlighted in red are not included in the current version of the list--some major oversights.
