Lorde, too, but there's a reason for the 25-year rule. The accomplishments of more recent acts are always difficult to assess.

Yes, I think it's pointless to include people who aren't even eligible yet on these lists. Obviously there are artists who aren't eligible yet who should be inducted when they're eligible. And if they're going to include artists that aren't eligible yet, why didn't they include Beyonce, Taylor Swift, or Adele?

I'm not big on inducting artists that did little of significance beyond their one big album, but there are other such artists in the Hall, and Back to Black is pretty huge.
