Some suggestions
- I'd argue Man On the Moon II should stay in the top 100 for 2010, it's retained a good bit of lasting popularity and its reputation these days isn't bad either.
- Nothing But the Beat should probably be somewhere on the 2011 list. Over 5 billion streams on Spotify and was pretty important for the EDM boom of the next few years.
- The other 2 albums in The Weeknd's trilogy should probably somewhere on the 2011 list, though obviously not nearly as high as HoB.
- A bit of RYMy pick but I could definitely see Minecraft: Volume Alpha on the 2011 list, considering its popularity in recent years.

I Love You (The Neighbourhood) - One of the most streamed indie albums of the decade
Born Sinner - 3x platinum with decent reviews as well

Some albums I'd have higher
Visions - It's clearly more acclaimed than Wrecking Ball for example and I'm not even sure it even loses popularity at this point (it has 838m streams to Springsteen's 101m). It's more acclaimed and popular than The Money Store as well.
Night Visions - Lackluster acclaim (though something like Some Nights doesn't do that much better) but it's also one of the most popular albums of the decade so I'd say it should be top 30-40 at least.

I'd have Beyonce > Random Access Memories as I'd give the former popularity and influence and the latter acclaim, and if anything acclaim is the category with the smallest gap between the two.
