Here's one I forgot about:

Truck Driver (Carey Loftin) - Duel (1971)

Good one. Another one I mentioned on one of the old forums but that's still inexplicably absent is Percy Wetmore, played by Doug Hutchison, in "The Green Mile". One of the most uniformly villainous villains in movie history.
