On first glance all the additions seem to make sense, though I think Cheek to Cheek seems a bit high as, while it has some acclaim and popularity, it doesn't have particularly overwhelming credentials in either category.

Added most of these. Shaboozey and Shakira were already on the list. I also added Undressed at the Symphony by Faye Webster in the 50s range and a few more new titles in the bottom of the list.

Dua Lipa got added at #100. That album underperformed.

I don't know what happened with GNX. I added it at #3 where it should've been the whole time. Fixed the Taylor album title too.

Anyway, my editor's pick is Samurai - Lupe Fiasco.

I'm keeping an eye out for year-end lists so far. It's still November and that's a bit early goings in list season.

Here's some of the albums I have in mind for the top 10. This is not this year's longlist. I will not be preparing that until the new year when I have more year-end list data and sales metrics to work with. This is just some albums I think will be in or neat the top 10 at this point.

Getting Killed - Geese (the breakthrough rock band of the year. Possibly the highest ranked rock album?)

K-Pop Demon Hunters soundtrack - various artists
Let God Sort Em Out - The Clipse (a big reunion album for a legendary rap group)
Life of a Showgirl - Taylor Swift (unquestionably huge, but has a mixed reception, top 10 but probably not the list topper. Same position as TPD last year?)
Lux - Rosalía (the top rated album of the year on Metacritic)
Man's Best Friend - Sabrina Carpenter
Mayhem - Lady Gaga (lots of Grammy nominations. Probably top 10)
More - Pulp (doing very well on the year-end lists that have come out from the British music magazines. I'm expecting a pretty good finish for this one on our list, but maybe in the 20s)
Private Music - Deftones (one of the biggest albums in heavy rock this year)

At this point, I don't have a clear cut obvious #1 like last year when it was so obviously Brat by December. I think Geese, Hayley Williams, Rosalía, and Bad Bunny all have a case so far. We'll have to see what the lists go with.

Bad Bunny's an obvious number one, other stuff will probably need to be sorted out by eoy list season, though I'll say that TLoaS's reception is probably even worse than TTPD's was (but still probably a lock for the top 10-15 simply because of how massive Taylor Swift is).

Of the albums you haven't mentioned, Hurry Up Tomorrow seems to be the strongest and should also probably be top 10-15.
