I'd say Michel Gondry's music videos are generally too low on his top 10 (and Star Guitar could probably replace ItMWITH).

Otherwise the lists look good.

My instincts tell me that Zone of Interest should be #1 at this point for Mr. Glazer. Pretty definitely wins initial and lasting popularity, is much higher one Films101 (even if UTS is much higher on TSPDT), plus a bit more audience acclaim, plus a very successful awards-run and 2 Oscar wins.

I also checked back and Zone of Interest is #8 movie for it's year (2023) while Under the Skin is only #17 for 2013 so unless we wanna change that drastically it makes sense having Zone of Interest ahead.

I'd have Queer > Suspiria and The Staggering Girl > The Protagonists. Thoughts?

Curious on why you think Queer > Suspiria. I am fine with adding The Staggering Girl at #10.

Queer wins acclaim rather easily. Suspiria does take lasting popularity rather comfortably but as it is the kind of genre film that would do particularly well on rating sites, I don't know whether its numbers there are a good indication of the film's overall lasting popularity. With both films obvious box office bombs, the difference in initial popularity is comparably small though a win for Suspiria. Overall, I'd say Queer takes acclaim slightly more easily than Suspiria takes popularity.
