Well, Brian listed Livin la vida Loca lower due to doubts of its rock credentials, and reggaeton is even further sonically. Also, since imo Gasolina is a more important song than Despacito (apart from US popularity) it's really weird to me having one in the top 20 and the other outside of the top 100.

I could see it a bit lower.

I could definitely see We Found Love in the top 20 somewhere, really strong acclaim and popularity.

I figured Just the Way You Are wins popularity, even if not by much, made all the more significant being Mars' debut, while Rihanna was already super popular. You can give it some influence for launching Bruno Mars, even though he had featured in some popular songs already.

How would you compare it to Sicko Mode and Thank U, Next.

I'd say Sicko Mode is more popular, less acclaimed, and launched Travis Scott to the top, while Rihanna was already there. With Thank U Next it's closer, I think I overrated its popularity. Switch them, maybe?

Not sure Sicko Mode wins popularity, songs that came out later in the decade have an advantage in Spotify streams.

It also has more youtube views and certified copies sold.
