A lot of good picks here we have all overlooked. I've often struggled whether or not to include The Xenomorph or The Shark (as in they are not really played by actors?). Where would we draw the lines between "characters vs. monsters?" Should we include the "Zombies" from Night of the Living Dead as one villain??

A nitpick, but the demon in The Excorcist is named Pazuzu and not actually Satan, even though the demon says that he's the devil in one scene.
