I'd have Devo higher, I'd say their definitely more acclaimed and influential than No Doubt, Scorpions or Black Eyed Peas. I'd say they're more influential than B-52s while all the other criteria are close. I'd probably even have them over the Journey/Justin Bieber/Mellencamp/Bryan Adams/Heart group.
